The Service Covenant & Professional Agreement

Welcome to The WanderLab Co. archive. By accessing our inventory and acquiring our Lab Stock, you agree to adhere to the following professional protocols. These terms ensure the integrity of our formulations and the safety of the artisan community.

I. Intellectual Property & Formulations

Every "Entry" in our archive is the result of nearly two decades of technical research and olfactory architecture.

  • Proprietary Blends: All fragrance oils are proprietary custom blends. Purchase of these oils grants you a license to use them in your finished artisan products (candles, soaps, perfumes, etc.).
  • Prohibition of Deconstruction: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, gas chromatograph, or chemically deconstruct our formulations for the purpose of replication or resale as a raw material.

II. Professional Use & Liability

As a supplier to the artisan trade, we provide the "Elements," but you are the "Architect."

  • Bench Testing: You are solely responsible for testing our Lab Stock in your specific applications. The WanderLab Co. is not liable for finished product failures, including but not limited to, poor scent throw, wax discoloration, or glass adhesion issues.
  • Compliance: You agree to follow the technical guidelines provided in our Technical Safety Data (IFRA/SDS) to ensure your finished products meet 2026 safety standards.

III. Commercial Terms

  • Calibration of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our purity protocols.
  • Pricing: All prices listed in the Inventory are subject to change based on the global sourcing of raw botanicals and chemical constituents.

IV. Stock Integrity

To protect the purity of the archive, all sales are final as outlined in our Stock Resolution policy. Once a dispatch has left our laboratory, we cannot verify its purity; therefore, no items may be returned for restock.

V. Governing Law

This covenant is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any inquiries regarding these terms should be directed to The Front Desk.
