Quality Assurance and Inventory Adjustments
At The WanderLab Co., we uphold rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Due to the sensitive nature of fragrance chemistry and the essential need for purity protocols, we have specific procedures for resolving order discrepancies.
- Purity Protocols & Final Sale: To prevent cross-contamination and ensure the highest possible quality for all makers, all sales of fragrance oils are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facility.
- Commitment to Quality: We encourage all artisans to purchase with confidence, knowing that the stock they receive has never been compromised and has been maintained within our strict laboratory environment.
- Damaged Goods: If items are compromised during transit, you must provide clear photographs of the exterior container and the damaged product. Reports must be submitted to The Front Desk within 48 hours of recorded delivery.
- Order Errors: We strive for 100% accuracy. If the wrong scent or size is dispatched, notify The Front Desk immediately. We will initiate a replacement at no cost to you, provided the incorrect item remains sealed and unused.
