Logistics, Documentation, and Transit Procedures

At The WanderLab Co., we understand that our oils are the lifeblood of your production schedule. Our Fulfillment Protocol is designed to ensure that every "Entry" from our archive reaches your studio with its chemical integrity and olfactory profile fully intact.

• Logistics Incentives: We are committed to supporting the growth of artisan studios. All domestic orders within the contiguous United States totaling $99 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the threshold.
• Processing & Accession: Please allow 1-2 business days for our lab team to pull, document, and pack your selections. During seasonal releases (such as the Autumnal Library), processing may extend to 5 business days.
• Territorial Scope: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not facilitate international dispatch. Primary transit is handled via UPS and USPS.
• Climate & Integrity Controls: All oils are housed in airtight, UV-protective containers. During extreme weather events, we may temporarily hold a dispatch to prevent the oils from being compromised in transit hubs.
• Tracking the Dispatch: Once your order has been cleared, a notification will be sent to your registered email with tracking coordinates.
• Compromised Goods: In the event of damage, please document the packaging and vials with photographs and notify The Front Desk within 48 hours of delivery.
